Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

The room was dark and quiet, the food at the restaurant and at the breakfast was excellent. It had a child friendly feeling to it.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and it was convenient for me to have the restaurant downstairs where I could eat late. And breakfast was excellent.

The location was very easy and accessible to the airport terminals.

The service from the staff, including the reception, was excellent. They eagerly helped carry my luggage as I was traveling with small children, and when we had an issue with the shower, they promptly came to fix it with a smile. We stayed in two rooms as a family, and both were clean and incredibly comfortable. The location, directly connected to Terminal 3 of CDG Airport, was also a great convenience, allowing us to access the hotel without stepping out into the cold.

We recently spent one night at the Novotel at CDG and had a very good stay. The room is little different to Novotel properties elsewhere. If you know what to expect, you sort of know what you are getting. Fair enough space, fair enough bed comfort and furnishing, its Novotel. What we very much liked about this property is its outstanding location attached to the RER and CDG Val stations at Terminal 3, making it very quick to access to train to/from the city as well as all of the terminals at CDG. We also very much liked the fast check-in done online the day before our arrival. We were then quickly met by awaiting staff and check-in was completed with a minute or two and we were with key on our way up to the room. Very friendly staff as well, just a nice experience when you are tired from long days of travel. Check-out is simple and fast, making use of drop off box as well.
